Ann M. Bolin 

Director of Accounting & Administration

Ann Bolin joined Blue Rose as Director of Accounting and Administration in 2016. Ms. Bolin is a member of the Blue Rose leadership team, which is focused on healthy, deliberate growth of the company. She is responsible for overall accounting operations including the annual budget, monthly financials, payroll, annual insurance policies, and accounts receivables/payables. One of her key roles at Blue Rose is analyzing company processes and productivity in order to determine where and how to implement efficiencies. In addition, Ms. Bolin manages the human resources, marketing, and technology functions of the company. 

Prior to Blue Rose, Ms. Bolin worked at Global Tax Network for seven years where she started as Controller, was promoted to Director of Finance and Accounting, and was a member of the leadership team during the company’s growth from 13 to 80 employees. She participated in strategizing for future growth of the company, designed a more efficient budgeting process, prepared and analyzed monthly financials, and was responsible for upgrading and transitioning the company to an integrated accounting software package more appropriate for current and future growth. Ms. Bolin also has more than 12 years of experience as a tax accountant in prior positions held with Carlson Advisors, Certes Financial Pros, and Liberty Diversified Industries.

Education

Ms. Bolin is an inactive Certified Public Accountant – State of Minnesota and she holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.
