In her role of Analyst, Richa Sharma provides analytical, research, and transactional support to the lead advisory team serving higher education, non-profit, and other clients with debt advisory and reinvestment services.

​

Prior to Blue Rose, Ms. Sharma worked for Crisil Limited, a subsidiary of S&P Global, as a Research Associate in investment banking analytics. She provided strategic advisory on market research and revenue modeling initiatives and assumed full responsibility of deliverables for top-tier investment banks in the US and France, providing actionable intelligence to executive leadership.

Ms. Sharma holds a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) and an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.
