Maxwell S. Wilkinson 
Analyst 

Max Wilkinson joined Blue Rose Capital Advisors in September 2016. In his role as Analyst, Mr. Wilkinson provides in-depth modeling, research, and analytics in support of the delivery of capital planning, debt and derivatives advisory, and reinvestment services to our clients. He is responsible for preparing analyses considering various bond structuring options, comparable issue pricings, institutional debt capacity constraints, credit rating models, and break-even refinancing rates. Mr. Wilkinson is involved in every step of the financing process for various clients, from initial development of the plan of finance to rating agency presentations to bond and derivative pricing and bidding of reinvestment products. He also maintains databases and performs periodic analyses to identify refunding and other debt restructuring opportunities for current and potential clients.

Prior to joining Blue Rose, Mr. Wilkinson worked as a Reinsurance Analyst intern at the London office of JLT Re, where he provided in-depth contract review and line signing support and analysis for JLT’s property and casualty brokerage teams. He also worked closely with underwriters at a number of reinsurance syndicates in the Lloyd’s of London market and developed an understanding of reinsurance underwriting strategy and quantitative modeling. Mr. Wilkinson also rose through the ranks as a member of Yale’s chapter of the global nonprofit organization AIESEC, where he served as Vice President of Business Development in 2015.

Education 

Mr. Wilkinson holds a bachelor's in economics from Yale University.  He passed the MSRB Series 50 Examination to become a qualified municipal advisor representative.
